Matthew Kerry

Managing Director
Plumbing Engineer

Matthew has been a qualified plumbing engineer for 25 years and founded Kerry Maintenance in 2013 with his brother, Scott.

‘My favourite thing about Kerry Maintenance is the great feedback we get from our happy customers. I am also very proud of the amazing team we have!’

In Matthews spare time he enjoys working on his old car, an Astra GTE, and driving his new BMW.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you take with you? ‘My Astra, my wife and a nice cold pint!’

Scott Kerry

Managing Director
Gas Engineer

Scott has been a qualified gas engineer for 28 years and founded Kerry Maintenance in 2013 with his brother, Matthew.

‘No matter how small the job is, we are always willing to help. This is the friendly, family run businesses I imagined when me and my brother created Kerry Maintenance.’

Outside of work, Scott like to go fishing, repair and race motorbikes.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be? ‘To heal and live longer’

Caroline Kerry

Managing Director

Caroline joined Kerry Maintenance in 2015 to manage the office, meaning both brothers could focus on the jobs at hand.

‘We have built a great team who all work super hard. I really enjoy working with my office colleagues and helping our customers.’

Caroline likes spending time with her family. She enjoys going out driving and going out to restaurants for meals.

‘If I won the lottery, I would spend it on fancy cars, long holidays and give some to my family.’

Andy Bendle

Gas Safe Engineer

Andy has 44 years’ worth of gas engineering experience behind him, and we welcomed him to the Kerry Maintenance family in 2019.

‘When I joined Kerry Maintenance the team were very friendly, and I like that it is a family run business.’

In his spare time, Andy enjoys camping, fishing and playing guitar. He also likes to do the odd bit of DIY around the house.

‘If I had a superpower, I’d like to be invisible.’

Neil Wilson

Gas Safe Engineer

Neil is the newest member of our team. He has been a qualified gas engineer for 29 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

‘I am happy to have joined the Kerry Maintenance team. I haven’t been here long, but I really like the friendly, relaxed work atmosphere that the business has.’

Outside of work Neil enjoys DJing and regularly plays at venues across the southwest. When he isn’t playing gigs, Neil can be found out walking his dog.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you take with you? ‘My dog, a portable record player and a box of records.’

Matt Pullin

Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Matt has been a qualified plumber for 11 years and was one of the first employees in 2013 when Kerry Maintenance first started. Matt has recently passed his gas course and is now a gas safe registered engineer.

‘My favourite thing about working for Kerry Maintenance is the team. Everyone works together to get the work done.’

In Matt’s spare time, he enjoys going fishing and gaming.

‘If I were to win the lottery, I would spend the money on cars, houses, dogs and an entertainment system.’

Marly Churchill

Plumbing and Heating Apprentice

Marly joined Kerry Maintenance in 2021 as a Multi-trader Trainee and he works alongside Matt Kerry who is teaching him all the trades. In September 2021, Marly started his apprenticeship at college studying Plumbing and Domestic Heating.

‘I am enjoying learning new skills and Kerry Maintenance has a fun, friendly and professional environment.’

At the weekends Marly likes to play and watch football, he also enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Jacob Waite

Plumbing Engineer

Jacob joined Kerry Maintenance in 2018 as a plumbing apprentice alongside his course at Stroud College. Since then, Jacob has worked alongside the team learning valuable on the job skills. He is now working for us full time as a qualified plumbing engineer.

‘I really enjoy working with the team and installing bathrooms. I have learnt a lot working with Kerry Maintenance.’

Jacob enjoys playing sports such as cricket and football in his spare time.

If you had a superpower, what would it be? ‘I would like to be able to run super-fast!’

Tayah Chapman-Hurley

Marketing Executive

Tayah joined Kerry Maintenance in 2017 and has a background in marketing and advertising.

‘Kerry Maintenance is a friendly, family run business. They treat you as part of the family and not just an employee. Always willing to help out where they can.’

In her spare time, Tayah enjoys horse riding and snowboarding. Time with family is important to her and being outside walking her dog.

If you had a superpower, what would it be? ‘I would like to be a shapeshifter; you could be anything’

Annette Knight


Annette joined the Kerry Maintenance team in 2020. She has over 42 years’ worth of experience of secretarial and customer service roles.

‘I really enjoy being part of the Kerry Maintenance team. My favourite bit of my job is speaking to our customers and helping them out.’

Annette’s hobbies include gardening and reading. She enjoys watching her local rugby club with her family and friends.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you take with you? ‘A crate of wine, a set of cards to play Patience and a book.’
