Gas & Plumbing Engineers in Gloucestershire

Our showers were installed badly by cowboy builders, which we have been trying to get sorted out for 3 years. Over this time period, we had 5 different plumbers over including boiler engineers and British Gas and nobody could work out what to do. Matt Pullin, from Kerry Maintenance came over to inspect the situation, and we were rather sceptical when he said he knew exactly what was wrong and diagnosed the issues quickly. He came back the following week and completely sorted it out. Now, we have two hotel-like showers with fantastic flow and are totally thrilled. Matt is a plumbing legend!

Annette on the phone was friendly and clear about their schedule, and I soon had a boiler service with Andy who was great; very friendly, communicative, picked up a few faults and explained them to me on the certificate. I was given a quote for repairs and not pushed to choose them, but I did; a week or so later Andy was back and did a great job again. Recommended.

Matt came to fit the boiler. He was friendly, polite and efficient and gave an excellent service. He was methodical cleaned before and after the work was completed. I can’t fault him in anyway. Went through the system with me, programmed my timer. Amazing!!! Can’t praise him enough. Scott came out to to authorise the boiler installations and to run checks to make sure everything was working all ok. Overall a very professional company Highly recommended.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service on fixing my stopcock. I am very grateful that it was done so quickly and that it could be repaired rather than being replaced. 

Excellent service, job carried out professionally by a very courteous engineer who showed and explained what parts needed replacing and why. Engineer arrived on time. Excellent value for money would both use again and recommend.
