Welcome to Kerry Maintenance

At Kerry Maintenance Ltd we can maintain your whole property, specialising in plumbing and heating. Our family run business with over 50 years’ combined experience, set up by brothers Scott and Matthew Kerry, provides property maintenance throughout Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. In 2013 Scott and Matthew Kerry joined forces to combine their gas and plumbing businesses, respectively, to create Kerry Maintenance Ltd. This meant that the brothers could provide a whole service covering all plumbing, heating and property needs.

Our fast-growing team of gas engineers can service your boiler each year to ensure it is running efficiently and safely. Our plumbing engineers are there to help with anything from a dripping tap to installing a whole bathroom suite. And for everything else that needs a little attention, our property maintenance team can be of service. We also have a great network of carpenters, builders, drain experts, electricians and roofers to provide you with a top-quality service.

Gas Safe Register

In 2009 Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the only gas registration body for gas business and their engineers in the UK. In order for gas businesses and their engineers to carry out any gas works, they must by law be on the Gas Safe Register. This requires our gas engineers to hold current and valid gas qualifications, as well as being regularly assessed by Gas Safe Register. ID cards are issued to each engineer and are available on request when they attend properties to carry out gas works. Protecting the public from unsafe gas work is the main aim of the Gas Safe Register.

Annette on the phone was friendly and clear about their schedule, and I soon had a boiler service with Andy who was great; very friendly, communicative, picked up a few faults and explained them to me on the certificate.
