Sometimes heating systems don’t always work as they should, but it is nice to know that there is always someone there that can help. Our experienced breakdown engineers will come out to your property to assess the problems you are having. We will do our best to get things going for you there and then, however sometimes this isn’t always possible and new parts may be required. We will then provide you with a quote for any works required to carry out the repair.

Fast and Reliable Service

When your hot water stops working or your radiators aren’t getting hot it can be quite obvious that your boiler is having problems. But sometimes there may be faults with your boiler that are not quite as apparent. It could be that the boiler pressure has dropped slightly but is not affecting the output yet. Or maybe your radiators heat up when you run a hot bath. If you notice any issues with your boiler, it is best to contact our office and we can arrange for our engineer to attend to have a look at the fault. It may be an easy fix and, more often than not, catching it early can help avoid costly bills and repair your boiler before it stops working altogether.

When a boiler breaks it can be a bit unnerving as gas can be dangerous. If you smell gas, make sure you turn off your boiler as soon as possible. It may be tempting to try and fix the problem yourself, but gas works must always be carried out by a registered professional. Our showers were installed badly by cowboy builders, which we have been trying to get sorted out for 3 years. Annette on the phone was friendly and clear about their schedule, and I soon had a boiler service with Andy who was great; very friendly, communicative, picked up a few faults and explained them to me on the certificate.
