Gas Boiler Servicing

We offer annual gas boiler servicing for only £60 + VAT and we will send you a reminder the following year, so it doesn’t get forgotten. When your boiler is working without any issues it is easy to forget to have it serviced, but it is important to have it done in order to keep it running properly.

We recommend that your boiler should be serviced yearly to keep it working efficiently and safely. Boiler manufacturers also state that new boilers need to be serviced each year to keep any warranty valid. Annual services can pick up any faults that your boiler may have and we can fix them before it turns into a bigger problem and help avoid any bothersome breakdowns and costly fees.

Additional Gas Appliances

Did you know that it’s not just boilers that need servicing? Gas fires require an annual service too. Fire parts need to be cleaned and checked to ensure they are burning correctly. We can also service pressurised (unvented) hot water cylinders. There are possible dangers associated with storing water at high temperatures in a sealed vessel under very high pressure. So, it is very important to have it serviced each year to ensure the controls are working efficiently with no problems. Any additional services along side a boiler service is just only £40 + VAT.

Buying or Selling a Property?

Are you buying or selling a property? Have confidence when buying a new house with a whole central heating system check. We can service the boiler, fire up the central heating, check over all the radiators to make sure they are heating up correctly and bleed any that have air in them. We can also test out any underfloor heating you may have. Pipework on the central heating system can be checked to make sure there are no leaks, and the hot water can be run to ensure it heats up efficiently. We can also include a Gas Safety Check too.
